We often get asked why we started Worthy & True. And if we’re honest, we felt there was room for improvement within the industry. And a lot more kindness, too.
At the time of setting up the business, we were falling victim to some poor recruiting. We aren’t saying all recruiters are like this, far from it, but our experiences were enough to inspire us to do something.
So, we set up Worthy & True — a recruitment agency that puts people first. As well as helping you find your dream role or hire, we’re here to give you the service we so desperately craved.

It also means we’ll never tell you what you want to hear, just because it’s what you want to hear. Unrealistic salary expectations? We’ll let you know. Company benefits as appealing as a soggy slice of bread? We’ll tell you.
